• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A minimum of 6 months and up to 3 years' experience handling international voice calls.
• Readiness to join immediately, with a maximum notice period of 15 days.

Work Schedule and Location

The position offers a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs, primarily involving night shifts. The job is office-based at Sutherland's Chennai location: A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station. Two-way cab services are offered within a 25km radius, adjusted per shift timings.

Compensation

The total annual package ranges between 300,000 to 350,000 INR, dependent on candidate experience.
