Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to assist in the recruitment process targeting delivery personnel. The position demands excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English and a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential delivery candidates through telephonic conversations to support hiring efforts.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills during interactions to understand candidate needs and reservations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
- Open to freshers as well as individuals with prior experience.
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
- Minimum academic qualification of 12th standard or a graduate degree.
Compensation
Offered salary ranges from 9000 to 12000 INR per month, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
