Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to assist in the recruitment process targeting delivery personnel. The position demands excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English and a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with potential delivery candidates through telephonic conversations to support hiring efforts.
Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills during interactions to understand candidate needs and reservations.
Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

Open to freshers as well as individuals with prior experience.
Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
Minimum academic qualification of 12th standard or a graduate degree.

Compensation

Offered salary ranges from 9000 to 12000 INR per month, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
