About the Role
Brindavan Udyog India is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their team, focusing on managing vital data workflows accurately and delivering administrative assistance. This position offers a salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month together with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads using phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM platforms.
- Comprehend customer needs and effectively articulate the products or services offered.
- Assess leads to identify qualified prospects.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to advance leads through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales team to arrange meetings, product demonstrations, or site visits.
- Manage customer objections professionally, providing factual information.
- Keep detailed records of leads, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure prompt closure of leads and appropriate handover to sales or accounting units.
- Meet conversion targets set on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Maintain a high standard of professional communication and customer service experience.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a related role.
- Strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
