Overview
Troopers5 Security Systems Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Harohalli, Bangalore, Karnataka to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory monitoring, and administrative tasks. This full-time on-site role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer-based data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records including daily inward and outward stock entries using Excel or ERP systems.
- Handle all warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and prepare relevant reports.
- Perform data entry to update stock levels, dispatch information, and vendor details within internal systems.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse personnel, transporters, and suppliers to coordinate dispatch and pickup schedules.
- Prepare daily stock and shortage reports as well as comprehensive monthly inventory reports.
- Manage office administrative duties including handling courier services, billing files, and assisting the warehouse manager as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree is preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or store administration roles.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and data entry tasks.
- Effective communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Highly organized, responsible, and punctual individual.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 plus statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
