Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential learners by initiating outbound cold calls and using multiple outreach channels.
• Engage with prospects to assess their interests, career goals, and educational needs.
• Advise prospective students to select programs that fit their aspirations and preferences.
• Foster ongoing relationships through timely follow-ups and customized communication.
• Support promotional efforts including webinars and marketing campaigns to boost learner participation and enrollment.
• Manage and update a structured pipeline of leads to monitor progress throughout the registration journey.
• Suggest creative strategies to enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall conversion rates.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time in-office internship in Bangalore.
• Internship start date should be between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
• Relevant skills and interests in negotiation, problem solving, CRM, market research, and customer acquisition.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.

Additional Information

• Successful interns who become full-time employees can anticipate an annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹550,000.
