Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential learners by initiating outbound cold calls and using multiple outreach channels.
Engage with prospects to assess their interests, career goals, and educational needs.
Advise prospective students to select programs that fit their aspirations and preferences.
Foster ongoing relationships through timely follow-ups and customized communication.
Support promotional efforts including webinars and marketing campaigns to boost learner participation and enrollment.
Manage and update a structured pipeline of leads to monitor progress throughout the registration journey.
Suggest creative strategies to enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall conversion rates.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be available for a full-time in-office internship in Bangalore.
Internship start date should be between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
Relevant skills and interests in negotiation, problem solving, CRM, market research, and customer acquisition.
Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Perks

Monthly stipend ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
Certification awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
Potential job offer following internship completion based on performance.

Additional Information

Successful interns who become full-time employees can anticipate an annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹550,000.
