About the Internship
Impresio Studio seeks a driven and diligent HR intern to assist in a variety of human resource functions. This role involves supporting everyday HR operations at a leading photography company based in Noida that serves clients locally and globally, specializing in wedding, maternity, newborn, birthday, corporate, and event photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including screening applicants.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain relevant documentation.
- Manage employee records and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate HR-related activities across various teams.
- Participate actively in employee engagement initiatives.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR procedures by working alongside the HR team.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers or current students pursuing HR, BBA, or MBA degrees.
- Possess strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Have foundational understanding of human resource concepts.
- Motivated and eager to develop skills in the HR domain.
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship for a period of three months starting between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
