Telecalling Intern (Work From Home, Part-Time)

About the internship

This part-time remote internship is with EduJr Educational Services LLP, a learning-focused organization that works with students up to class 10 and also conducts school competitions and Olympiads. The role is centered on telecalling and follow-ups to support outreach, result announcements, reminders, registrations, and participation updates.

Key responsibilities

• Place at least 20 calls each day to prospective students, parents, schools, or other leads shared by the company.
• Contact participants and their parents to announce results and share details about awards, certificates, and prizes.
• Remind participants to submit their competition entries before the deadline.
• Manage follow-up calls for competition-related activities such as registration confirmation, payment follow-up, and participation status updates.
• During submission periods, the calling volume may rise to 100–200 calls per day depending on participant count.
• Ensure all submission-related calling tasks are completed within the assigned 5-day submission window to keep operations on track.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, can begin the internship between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and can commit for 6 months. Applicants should have relevant interests and the required skills. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Required skills and communication strengths

• Comfort with Google Drive, MS Excel, and Google Forms
• Strong spoken English and Hindi
• Clear phone communication with parents, students, and schools
• Good interpersonal skills for dealing with different stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to higher call volumes during peak periods

Additional requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable speaking both English and Hindi over the phone.
• Knowledge of other regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali will be an added benefit.
• The role requires confident and polite communication while handling calls with parents, students, and schools.

Stipend and payout structure

The monthly stipend is ₹1,100 to ₹1,121. This includes a fixed component of ₹1,000 to ₹1,001 per month plus an incentive component of ₹100 to ₹120 per month.
