About the Role
Join Marina Bay Sands to elevate your passion and collaborate with industry experts in a fulfilling career. As Assistant Manager of Creative Content Operations, you will oversee the entire content production lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content production workflows from intake, planning through to delivery and asset oversight.
- Implement structured processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across all projects and shoots.
- Coordinate project timelines and facilitate stakeholder reviews to reduce rework and delays.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Develop resource plans balancing internal team capacity with outsourced production options.
- Monitor workload distribution and budget utilization across business units and project priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and reprioritize resources in collaboration with Brand and Marketing teams.
- Oversee relationships with external production vendors, agencies, and freelancers, providing recommendations on selection and cost optimization.
- Manage project budgets to ensure both efficiency and creative standards are maintained.
- Support procurement procedures including requests for quotations (RFQs), contract management, and performance assessments.
- Design and administer a centralized content request intake system with clear project scoping protocols.
- Ensure operational governance is followed, including approvals, asset management, and documentation standards.
- Serve as primary liaison among Business Units, Marketing, and Creative teams to translate production needs into operational plans.
- Provide regular updates on project status, capacity, and risks.
- Drive continuous improvements by enhancing tools, workflows, and systems such as project tracking and asset management platforms.
- Champion best practices to support scalable content production as demand grows.
Requirements
- Diploma in a media-related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in creative operations, content production, or studio/project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of film, photography, and digital content production processes.
- Proven capability managing complex, high-volume projects with multiple stakeholders within fast-paced settings.
- Experience balancing in-house and outsourced production workflows.
- Analytical and structured mindset with strong process design and workflow optimization skills.
- High quality standards for creative output with strong problem-solving skills to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and able to lead teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives.
