About the Role
The Center Manager will be accountable for enhancing revenue growth and improving operational effectiveness within the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective conversion strategies.
- Execute outdoor marketing campaigns in the assigned territory to promote the center.
- Engage in lead generation initiatives by organizing events, roadshows, and in-center activities.
- Focus on staff retention by fostering a positive work environment.
- Adapt to assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs) and embrace new strategic approaches.
- Maintain strong engagement with parents to support center initiatives.
- Ensure proper academic implementation as per organizational standards.
- Maximize revenue through targeted sales efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in education, counseling, sales, or customer service domains.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills related to admissions, counseling, and team supervision.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Hold at least a graduate degree; additional related qualifications are advantageous.
