Center Manager - Pune

About the Role

The Center Manager will be accountable for enhancing revenue growth and improving operational effectiveness within the center.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective conversion strategies.
• Execute outdoor marketing campaigns in the assigned territory to promote the center.
• Engage in lead generation initiatives by organizing events, roadshows, and in-center activities.
• Focus on staff retention by fostering a positive work environment.
• Adapt to assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs) and embrace new strategic approaches.
• Maintain strong engagement with parents to support center initiatives.
• Ensure proper academic implementation as per organizational standards.
• Maximize revenue through targeted sales efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in education, counseling, sales, or customer service domains.
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills related to admissions, counseling, and team supervision.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Hold at least a graduate degree; additional related qualifications are advantageous.
