About the Role

Mineral Resources, a leading ASX-listed mining services company ranked in the top 100, is seeking a Junior Document Controller for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position based in our modern Osborne Park office. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the standardisation and upkeep of all project forms and documentation across the company.
  • Execute document control duties ensuring compliance with project requirements, company procedures, and deadlines for both incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Assist in managing the project Document Management System (TeamBinder) to keep deliverables current.
  • Handle transmittal and distribution of documents to both internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Respond to enquiries concerning project documentation from projects, suppliers, and third-party entities.
  • Register all documents related to project necessities.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance on the Document Management System to project personnel.
  • Oversee the supplier document control process, including expediting when necessary.
  • Produce reports detailing document statuses and manage expectations of involved stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in the document control process.
  • Support personnel in approving new and revised documents.
  • Assign document numbers aligning with company and third-party standards.
  • Ensure document formatting adheres to Mineral Resources standards and templates.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Project Administration departments to ensure documentation audits are performed.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar document control role.
  • Proficient understanding of Document Management Systems; experience with TeamBinder is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the construction or mining industries is considered advantageous.
