About the role
Join a welcoming and supportive team at Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers, Auckland as a Receptionist. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The role is varied, people-centered, and focused on creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors.
What you will do
- Receive visitors with a friendly approach and help direct them to the right place or person.
- Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional way.
- Support residents, families, and guests with everyday queries.
- Carry out general administrative duties to help keep the village running smoothly.
- Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, visitors, and the team.
- Work alongside colleagues who are approachable and ready to assist.

You should bring customer-facing experience, a dependable and professional manner, genuine empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a busy environment.
Eligibility
