Overview

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple branch operations within a specific region, ensuring delivery of quality equipment and service to hospital partners while leading and developing branch employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that branches have all necessary equipment, resources, and support to effectively serve hospital clients.
  • Lead business planning and professional development activities to ensure branch adherence to company policies, operational standards, and safety.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost hospital partner satisfaction and foster career growth for branch staff.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and engage branch leadership talent; conduct regular meetings with Team Leaders.
