Role Overview
The Learning & Development Operations Specialist will provide crucial operational assistance to the global Learning & Development team, specifically supporting the Acceleration Centers (ACs) around the world. This position ensures seamless access to training materials for learners in various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Learning & Development activities at international Acceleration Centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training content access.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with AC staff across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
- Assist with initiatives focused on enhancing skill development.
Essential Requirements
- Two to three years’ experience in a Learning & Development capacity.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand or comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with globally distributed teams, understanding cultural differences.
