Remote Learning & Development Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Learning & Development Operations Specialist will provide crucial operational assistance to the global Learning & Development team, specifically supporting the Acceleration Centers (ACs) around the world. This position ensures seamless access to training materials for learners in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Learning & Development activities at international Acceleration Centers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training content access.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with AC staff across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
• Assist with initiatives focused on enhancing skill development.

Essential Requirements

• Two to three years’ experience in a Learning & Development capacity.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work with globally distributed teams, understanding cultural differences.
