About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the deputy team leader in the sorting department.
- Independently set up and reconfigure optical sorting machines.
- Organize daily workflows and manage sorting tasks aligned with customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvements and optimizations for the mechanical sorting operations.
- Report progress and updates directly to the Sorting Team Leader.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or comparable qualification.
- Experience operating production machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Dependable and meticulous work ethic.
- Strong affinity for IT and technology.
