Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the deputy team leader in the sorting department.
• Independently set up and reconfigure optical sorting machines.
• Organize daily workflows and manage sorting tasks aligned with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvements and optimizations for the mechanical sorting operations.
• Report progress and updates directly to the Sorting Team Leader.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or comparable qualification.
• Experience operating production machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Dependable and meticulous work ethic.
• Strong affinity for IT and technology.
