仕事内容

Oversee all operational activities at the airport during the assigned shift period.
Monitor employee adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols, and security standards.
Coordinate efforts among various departments including Security, Passport Control, Passenger Services, Ground Services, and Maintenance.
Manage emergency situations and promptly resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Compile end-of-shift reports detailing observations, incidents, and decisions made.
Report any operational failures or observations to relevant management for appropriate action.
Train and guide new staff throughout the shift and track their performance.
Supervise service quality and address urgent customer complaints effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Aviation, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Between 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Comprehensive knowledge of civil aviation regulations and safety and security systems.
Professional certification in the relevant field is preferred.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, spoken and written.
Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office or related software applications.
