Shift Supervisor (Jubail Airport)

Operational Duties

• Oversee all operational activities at the airport during the assigned shift period.
• Monitor employee adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols, and security standards.
• Coordinate efforts among various departments including Security, Passport Control, Passenger Services, Ground Services, and Maintenance.
• Manage emergency situations and promptly resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Compile end-of-shift reports detailing observations, incidents, and decisions made.
• Report any operational failures or observations to relevant management for appropriate action.
• Train and guide new staff throughout the shift and track their performance.
• Supervise service quality and address urgent customer complaints effectively.

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Aviation, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil aviation regulations and safety and security systems.
• Professional certification in the relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office or related software applications.
