Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters to grasp job specifications and candidate profiles.
Craft and implement sourcing strategies to discover quality technical talent.
Leverage LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques for candidate engagement.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
Create compelling job ads, outreach messages, emails, and maintain active communication with candidates.
Organize candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment efforts and deliver consistent performance and sourcing reports.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related capacity.
Familiarity with diverse sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Intermediate proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is advantageous.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a proactive approach.
Capable of managing tasks independently within a remote work environment.
