Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters to grasp job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Craft and implement sourcing strategies to discover quality technical talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques for candidate engagement.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
- Create compelling job ads, outreach messages, emails, and maintain active communication with candidates.
- Organize candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment efforts and deliver consistent performance and sourcing reports.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related capacity.
- Familiarity with diverse sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a proactive approach.
- Capable of managing tasks independently within a remote work environment.
