Role Overview

This role is designed to drive business growth in the assigned territory by selling and expanding multiple services, including internet bandwidth, MPLS, cloud solutions, postpaid voice, broadband, and fixed-line offerings. The position acts as the primary contact for the customer on behalf of Airtel across these business lines and is responsible for improving customer market share and revenue market share in existing as well as new accounts.

Organizational Relationship

The role reports to the Team Leader or Zonal Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets for data, voice, and fixed-line services as assigned.
  • Identify and win new accounts for data, voice, and fixed-line solutions.
  • Expand sales by cross-selling multiple products to current customers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across all three business lines, with stages tracked by maturity.
  • Monitor competitor movements and gather market intelligence to support planning.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals or contracts in order to optimize revenue.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve customer issues directly or indirectly.

Education and Experience

A graduate degree is required, with preference for B.Tech or B.E. The role calls for at least 2 years of relevant B2B field sales experience.
