About the Role
At haus & haus, a well-established real estate brand in Dubai, the focus is on people and delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our expanding team. This role involves assisting Property Managers with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and issuing tenancy and property management contracts accurately.
- Managing tenancy renewals and registering Ejari documentation.
- Liaising effectively with tenants and maintenance teams for prompt resolution of issues.
- Updating property and client information in Reapit and GoYzer systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Handling all tenant communications professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Organizing digital records and maintaining systematic filing.
- Providing support during property inspections, key management, and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within Dubai's real estate sector.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
- Confident communication skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A proactive and cooperative approach, dedicated to maintaining workflow continuity.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
