Role overview

This full-time position supports a finance officer function within the aviation sector in Abu Dhabi. The assignment starts immediately and offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 12,000 to AED 14,000.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee executive diaries, appointments, and calendar planning.
  • Arrange meetings and take care of the related logistics.
  • Review, process, and reconcile expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Manage correspondence, records, filing, and routine administrative work.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Safeguard confidential files and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Hands-on experience managing diaries and calendars.
  • Prior exposure to expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional conduct and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Good time management and a sharp eye for detail.
