Role overview

This full-time position supports a finance officer function within the aviation sector in Abu Dhabi. The assignment starts immediately and offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 12,000 to AED 14,000.

Core responsibilities

Oversee executive diaries, appointments, and calendar planning.
Arrange meetings and take care of the related logistics.
Review, process, and reconcile expense claims and reimbursements.
Manage correspondence, records, filing, and routine administrative work.
Draft reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Safeguard confidential files and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience working in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role.
Hands-on experience managing diaries and calendars.
Prior exposure to expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Professional conduct and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Good time management and a sharp eye for detail.
