Your role
In this position, you will manage a fixed group of clients on your own, with the main focus on support in household-related tasks. The role is structured, independent, and based on dependable service.
- You help keep homes clean, organized, and comfortable by handling typical household duties.
- You accompany clients through daily life by offering conversation, assistance with errands, and shared activities.
- You work as part of a supportive team, with guidance and scheduling support from a team lead.
