Architectural Supervisor

Role Overview

Rich Construction Company Pte Ltd is looking for an Architectural Supervisor to support site execution for a construction project in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating architectural and structural activities, tracking progress, and ensuring site work is delivered safely and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the Project Manager or Site Manager to organize daily site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate structural and architectural works carried out on site.
• Track subcontractor activity, manage coordination issues, and help resolve supplier or subcontractor-related problems at site.
• Arrange and follow up on inspections by the Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, sequence, and monitor work progress to keep site activities on schedule.
• Communicate with the client’s representatives, consultants, and relevant authorities to support work execution.
• Maintain site safety practices and implement safe work procedures to reduce risks.

Requirements

• A diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential building projects is required.
• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark standards, and construction safety practices is necessary.
