Site Manager

Role overview

What you will do

• Independently manage construction activities and keep work progressing on schedule.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately.
• Oversee structural and architectural works while coordinating with the client’s representatives.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors to complete tasks on site.
• Address design-related issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain the required standard of workmanship and site output.
• Carry out the work plan assigned by the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress updates and work schedules.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and health requirements at the worksite.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to coordination discussions.
• Handle other related duties within managerial capability as needed.

What we are looking for

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a qualification of similar relevance.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
