Role Overview
The Change Management team within Asset & Wealth Management leads priority initiatives that support the firm’s global businesses. In this role, you will collaborate with deal execution teams, sales, product managers, operations, and engineers to help deliver solutions and realize business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate uncertain and complex situations to understand business and technical challenges, then turn them into practical outcomes.
- Support strategic cross-divisional programs using the right methods and governance practices to deliver implementations on time, within budget, and at a high standard.
- Track, reduce, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle, aiming for workable solutions.
- Use influence and stakeholder management skills to support delivery and guide the team toward the best possible solution.
Skills and Experience
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, backed by a strong academic track record.
- Genuine interest in finance, global markets, and macroeconomic developments.
- Comfort working in teams, adapting to changing priorities, and handling a diverse workload against deadlines.
- Self-driven mindset with a high level of ambition and commitment to quality.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including problem solving, data collection, and creative solution development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders.
