About the Role

This position is for an Associate Manager in Customer Service, responsible for overseeing a team of 20 to 25 customer service associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. The role focuses on handling escalations, maintaining service standards, and continuously improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage a team of 20–25 customer service associates.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to SLA commitments.
  • Work on initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Track team performance and support achievement of operational targets.
  • Review reports and use insights to improve service processes.
  • Contribute to process enhancements across customer service operations.
