Role overview

This position is an entry point into store leadership within Woolworths Group. It gives you the chance to build management capability, learn how a department operates, and grow toward future retail leadership opportunities. The role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the department while working with the wider store team to deliver a strong shopping experience and a positive workplace.

Roster and working pattern

Roster option 1: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

What you will do

You will help manage daily department activity, support the team, and contribute to a safe, customer-focused store environment. The role also involves working across the store to maintain service standards and support an efficient shopping experience.

What you will bring

Woolworths is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop leadership skills, and is keen to learn how department operations work in practice.
