About the role

We are hiring barbers for a respected barbershop group in Denmark with openings across multiple locations. The team places strong emphasis on culture, including fitness, shared activities, and a close-knit environment built around people who are passionate about the trade. The position is available to start as soon as possible.

What you will do

You will work in a professional yet relaxed setting, delivering high-quality haircuts using both scissors and clippers. The role is designed for someone who enjoys craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team that spends time together both inside and outside the salon.

What the employer is looking for

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional barbering experience
• Strong ability to work with scissors as well as clippers/machines
• Comfortable communicating in English
• European passport required

Pay and earnings

Total income is influenced by your experience, base pay, and the products you sell. Earnings can grow based on what you contribute. Compensation is reviewed every 6 months.

Relocation support

Flight expenses to Denmark are covered, and accommodation is arranged at affordable rates close to the workplace.

Growth and development

A defined progression path is available, with opportunities to move from barber to store manager and, in some cases, into part-ownership of a store. Training and internal education are provided from the first day.

Application materials

Applicants should share a portfolio along with photos and videos that demonstrate their work. The employer wants to assess technique with scissors, clippers, and beard grooming across different hair types. An Instagram profile may also be used.
