Business Management Analyst - CIB

Responsibilities

• Drive business initiatives and support strategic business planning, excluding change implementation projects.
• Develop automated reports and interactive dashboards to track trade volumes, sales performance, and profit margins.
• Enhance reporting procedures and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data outputs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of trade and financial data sourced from internal systems.
• Provide analytical insights and stakeholder feedback to aid senior management in decision-making.
• Facilitate forums and committees, and oversee internal governance processes.
• Investigate factors impacting business performance and assess the effectiveness of external service providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the trade department to improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on trade or financial reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proven experience in automating reports using tools like Excel (VBA, Power Query) or Python.
• Familiarity with banking systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to trade operations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
