Job description
Role overview
Join Curefit’s expansion function and help shape the early performance of newly opened cult Elite/Neo centres. Curefit operates some of India’s fastest-growing fitness brands, including cult.fit, Gold’s and Fitness First, and already has a nationwide network of more than 600 centres. The company is building toward adding 150+ centres every year across multiple offerings.
Key focus of the role
This position is responsible for the first few months of performance for new FOFO centres, with a strong focus on launch execution and early-stage centre health.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of GMV, EBITDA, and member experience outcomes for new centres during the launch phase and for the following six months.
- Work through issues and drive action with a wide range of stakeholders, including P&L leaders, franchise partners, real estate, legal, business finance, growth, city teams, talent acquisition, operations, and expansion teams.
- Build clear reporting and regular operating rhythms so senior leadership has visibility into the most important centre metrics.
- Continuously refine launch, hiring, operations, and growth processes to improve the success rate of new centres.
- Analyse data deeply to surface medium- and long-term insights that can strengthen the expansion and growth playbook.
Required qualifications and skills
The role calls for 3+ years of experience in project or programme management, with startup exposure considered an advantage. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institute in engineering, law, commerce, or management. Strong programme management capability is important, especially in designing and running SOPs, earning alignment from multiple stakeholders, and executing with influence. The job also demands strong problem-solving ability, quick thinking in unfamiliar situations, and the confidence to take executive decisions. Clear written and verbal communication, persuasive skills, and comfort using SQL and Excel for data analysis are essential. A process-first mindset with an ability to identify issues and standardise best practices is also expected.
