Role overview

We are hiring a seasoned Chat Support Specialist for a software company on a full-time basis. The role focuses on helping customers through live chat and email, handling product-related questions, resolving common issues, and making sure users have a smooth and positive experience with the product.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer queries through live chat and email.
  • Investigate and resolve straightforward software problems.
  • Pass technical issues to the relevant team when required.
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high.
  • Record user feedback and recurring support concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with the support and operations teams.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience providing chat and email support for a software or SaaS business.
  • Strong command of written English.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working on your own with minimal supervision.
  • A dependable internet connection and suitable computer setup.
  • Experience with help desk tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
