We are hiring a seasoned Chat Support Specialist for a software company on a full-time basis. The role focuses on helping customers through live chat and email, handling product-related questions, resolving common issues, and making sure users have a smooth and positive experience with the product.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries through live chat and email.
- Investigate and resolve straightforward software problems.
- Pass technical issues to the relevant team when required.
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high.
- Record user feedback and recurring support concerns.
- Coordinate closely with the support and operations teams.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience providing chat and email support for a software or SaaS business.
- Strong command of written English.
- Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working on your own with minimal supervision.
- A dependable internet connection and suitable computer setup.
- Experience with help desk tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
