About the Role

Royal York Property Management, a leading property management firm overseeing thousands of rental homes across Ontario, is seeking dependable and detail-focused Cleaners to expand its network of cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental units.
• Execute thorough turnover cleaning of vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common spaces meticulously.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, cabinet interiors, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile application to get work assignments, review instructions, navigate via GPS, upload photographs, and update job statuses.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning obstacles encountered.
• Travel independently between appointments using a personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning.
• Comfortable with performing both move-in/move-out cleaning and regular housekeeping duties.
• Own a reliable vehicle for transport to appointments and carrying cleaning materials.
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and necessary equipment for residential cleaning tasks.
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, including GPS navigation, photo capture, instruction review, and job status updates.
• Able to clean detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Work independently while adhering to provided cleaning guidelines.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-confirmed arrival times.
