The organisation emphasizes delivering practical, long-term impact through advisory, planning, design, engineering, program management, and construction management services.
What you will do

- Put approved contract management plans and strategies into action.
- Define and track key performance indicators to support contractor and consultant performance monitoring.
- Set KPI targets within NEC incentive schedules and assess contractor performance against those targets.
- Complete contractor or consultant performance reviews for consideration and approval, and support improvement plans where needed.
- Advise the Project Manager or Service Manager on contract administration matters, including compensation events, early warnings, and payment applications through to final assessment.
- Draft contract communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager or Service Manager, depending on the contract type.
- Respond to contractors or consultants within the response timelines required under the contract.
- Work with Cost Managers, Schedulers, and the Project Manager to communicate quotation acceptances, compensation event assessments, and programme acceptances.
- Run the early warning process and maintain the early warning register accurately and up to date.
- Obtain Project Manager approval before issuing communications or instructions and work only within delegated authority limits.
Experience and qualifications
The successful applicant should bring experience from aviation-related work and have a strong background in NEC contract administration. The role calls for at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing contracts effectively under the NEC suite.
Additional experience should include monitoring contractor and consultant performance, handling claims, setting KPIs for contractor or consultant organisations, developing related incentive schedules, and administering NEC contracts on an ongoing basis.
