AMEC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dependable Cook to join their team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This full-time role requires an individual with over two years of cooking experience to deliver hygienic, wholesome meals to employees. Expertise in Indian breakfast, North and South Indian, as well as Continental cooking styles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare morning meals including typical Indian breakfast items such as Poha, Upma, Paratha, and various Sandwiches.
• Cook a variety of dishes spanning North Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisines for different meals.
• Ensure the kitchen area is consistently clean and food is prepared with strict hygiene standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory management and guarantee timely preparation and serving of meals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' professional cooking experience.
• Strong familiarity with the preparation of Indian breakfast foods, traditional North Indian dishes, and Continental meals.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene norms, and kitchen operations.
• Must be punctual, self-disciplined, and capable of working without supervision.
