Overview
We seek university students enrolled in a cooperative training semester to join our team full-time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This training experience immerses participants in various departments to develop practical skills and contribute to organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- In Human Resources, assist with enhancing employee experiences, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
- Within Marketing, engage in branding activities, manage digital marketing campaigns, and work towards increasing customer engagement.
- In Quality Assurance, help in upholding and improving the standards maintained by Hjeen across operational processes.
- Contribute to Research & Development by participating in projects aimed at innovating and developing future coffee solutions.
