About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Los Angeles, CA, as a Crew Member, where we're redefining fast food by serving responsibly sourced, freshly prepared real food with no artificial additives. You’ll receive comprehensive training to confidently work across multiple stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant, friendly environment.
What You Will Do
- Prepare fresh food daily without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage in various roles within the restaurant, including food preparation, cashier duties, and order assembly.
Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to working and serving customers and team members.
- Have a strong desire to learn and advance cooking skills.
- Possess effective communication skills in the primary language(s) at the worksite.
