About the Company
The organization is a healthcare services provider focused on improving the experience of patients and care teams through accessible, affordable, and effective care delivery. It emphasizes innovation, data-informed decisions, teamwork, integrity, and a patient-first approach to support better health outcomes and stronger service quality.
About the Role
This full-time Customer Service Representative position supports patients and healthcare providers by managing a high volume of incoming calls, resolving questions, and handling a range of scheduling and administrative needs. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clinical staff, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
The schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week. New hires complete training that may extend up to 90 days. External hires must attend on-site orientation for one and a half days, while internal hires are exempt from that step. After training, the role may offer remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Handle roughly 60 to 80 inbound calls each day and provide clear, helpful support.
- Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and identify the caller’s specific concern or need.
- Record all conversations and required details accurately in the internal systems.
- Work with clinical team members on requests such as medication refills, referral needs, and chart-related troubleshooting.
- Book and revise patient appointments, including updates to demographic information.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience using phones and computers as primary work tools.
- Comfort using computer applications and a Windows PC environment, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
- Preferred: more than 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Preferred: more than 1 year of call center experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with medical terminology.
Perks and Benefits
- Paid training for up to 90 days.
- Possible remote work flexibility after training is successfully completed.
- Hourly pay between $16.00 and $29.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Health insurance options and a broader benefits package.
- Incentive and recognition programs.
- Access to equity stock purchase opportunities and 401(k) contributions.

The employer follows an equal opportunity policy and values a diverse, inclusive workplace. Hiring decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other legally protected characteristics. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
