We are hiring a motivated, professional Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely. Key duties

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a dependable internet connection. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

Preferred background

Extra value will be given to candidates with prior remote work experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and experience supporting customers over email and chat.

Compensation

This position pays $28 to $35 per hour. The estimated yearly earning range is $58,000 to $72,000.
