Role Overview

Scanifly is hiring a Customer Success Support professional to help keep client operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role supports the company’s clean-energy platform, which combines reality capture, 3D modeling, cloud computing, and AI to help contractors improve the accuracy, speed, and safety of home electrification projects.

Work Schedule and Location

  • Candidates must be based in either the MST or PST time zone.
  • The shift runs from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
  • This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily customer support through chat and email for the software platform.
  • Review the design queue each day and help maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Investigate and resolve issues while staying in close communication with clients and internal teammates.
  • Contribute to ongoing customer success support activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A candidate with familiarity in solar design and installation is preferred; roofing and construction experience may also be relevant.
  • Strong client communication skills are essential.
  • A self-motivated person who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Someone who can stay steady under pressure, take ownership of outcomes, and bring a positive mindset.
  • An individual who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation is $20 per hour.
  • Pay is issued semi-monthly.
