Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle the application review and all next steps. The hiring company is seeking a Customer Success Support professional in the United States to help deliver a smooth experience across a technical software platform serving the clean energy sector.

The role combines customer support with product operations. You will be a central contact for users, helping resolve issues efficiently while keeping communication clear, timely, and professional. You will also work with internal teams to keep workflows running well, strengthen operational processes, and assist with ongoing design-related tasks. The position is collaborative and fast-paced, and it calls for strong problem-solving, customer empathy, accountability, and a mindset focused on continual improvement. Key accountabilities

  • Handle daily customer questions through chat and email, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Review the design queue each day to keep workflow moving efficiently and ensure work is processed correctly.
  • Investigate customer concerns and partner with internal teams to solve technical or operational problems.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the support process with clear, steady communication.
  • Work alongside teammates to refine support processes, improve documentation, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to Customer Success efforts that raise user satisfaction and improve platform usability.

Required profile

  • You should be located in MST or PST and available to work from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Background in solar design, installation, roofing, or construction is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in customer support, customer success, or another client-facing role in a technical environment is needed.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills are important, along with the ability to explain issues calmly and clearly.
  • You must be able to juggle multiple requests at once in a busy setting.
  • A proactive, resilient, and accountable approach to solving problems is essential.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, distributed team is required.
