Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions quickly and professionally over phone, email, and live chat.
  • Work through product and service issues by understanding the concern and choosing the most effective resolution.
  • Accurately manage orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
  • Stay current on products, promotions, and company policies so customer guidance is accurate.
  • Record every interaction in the CRM and escalate complex matters when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or support.
  • Exposure to multi-line phone systems, ticketing tools, email platforms, live chat, and computer-based work is beneficial.
  • Strong spoken, written, and phone communication skills, plus active listening ability.
  • A high level of honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A calm, pleasant, patient, and approachable manner.

Preferred Background

  • Interest in hockey or sporting goods is a plus, though not mandatory.
