About the Role
Hyatt Regency Dehradun seeks a Desk Operator to uphold exceptional service standards for guests and effectively support the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth operations of all related departments within the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a high and consistent quality of service to guests and customers.
- Assist in the efficient management of the Engineering Department, supporting other operational areas.
Qualification Criteria
- At least 2 years of experience as a Desk Operator in a hotel environment or a large building/complex with a central plant.
- Or, a minimum of 2 years of college or technical school education.
- Alternatively, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or professional training.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.
