About the Role

Hyatt Regency Dehradun seeks a Desk Operator to uphold exceptional service standards for guests and effectively support the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth operations of all related departments within the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a high and consistent quality of service to guests and customers.
• Assist in the efficient management of the Engineering Department, supporting other operational areas.

Qualification Criteria

• At least 2 years of experience as a Desk Operator in a hotel environment or a large building/complex with a central plant.
• Or, a minimum of 2 years of college or technical school education.
• Alternatively, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or professional training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.
