About the Role

This position is for a seasoned supply chain leader to oversee and improve the full operational flow of supply chain work, including procurement, planning, logistics, inventory control, and execution. The role focuses on making processes more efficient, raising service quality, tightening operational discipline, and enabling long-term business expansion.

The right candidate will bring a mix of hands-on supply chain expertise and strategic leadership, along with the ability to create scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily supply chain activities across planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
  • Create and roll out operating strategies that raise efficiency, improve service performance, and strengthen overall supply chain results.
  • Define, track, and use performance metrics to support ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to keep supply chain goals aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Improve inventory control methods to support product availability without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Build stronger relationships with suppliers and partners to support dependable operations and long-term objectives.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and put scalable improvements in place across supply chain functions.
  • Guide planning activities that help the business respond to growth and changing customer needs.
  • Assess operational risks and put mitigation plans in place to protect continuity.
  • Coach, manage, and grow high-performing supply chain teams.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is needed.
  • Substantial leadership experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or a related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and operational best practices is essential.
  • Experience handling complex operating environments and coordinating cross-functional initiatives is important.
  • Ability to work with data, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement changes is required.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities are expected.
  • Demonstrated leadership strength, including team development and people management, is required.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain planning software, and operational reporting tools is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting supply chain operations across multiple sites or at a national or global scale is a plus.
  • Exposure to operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation programs is preferred.
  • Background in leading large process optimization efforts is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics is beneficial.
